A friend of mine sent me the link to the Little City Franchise opportunity and I just loved the concept. Having had a baby during Covid I thought I cannot wait to get out with my little ones and this is so lovely lets do it and bring it to Leicester and Leicestershire! Having not even seen the city in real life I went off and met Vicki who owns Little City and collected my boards!
I also work in Local Government three days a week so whilst things are very manic, running Little City is what I like to call my fun job!
I just love seeing little faces as they enter the city for the first time. I feel very lucky to be able to provide such a fun and inclusive experience to parents and carers across Leicestershire and love meeting each and everyone that comes to play. I don't do this alone in the past few months I have had Lucy come and join me! Lucy helps me out in the School Holidays and at weekends. Lucy has many years experience in early years education having been a Nursery Nurse and Nursery Manager to name a few and has a current full time role as a Primary School Teaching Assistant.
We provide events during the week, weekends, at nurseries, Schools and specific SEND charity sessions but we also deliver Birthday Party's which is just amazing to be apart of a special day.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- We will welcome you into the venue at the session start time and check you in with yours and your child(ren)'s names. It is then we will go over any rules of play If you haven't been before.
- Please feel free to bring card or cash to treat yourself to snacks and or refreshments on sale at most events. Any snacks are to be eaten at the side away from toys and equipment.
- Please do take photos of your child playing being mindful of any other children around you. We'd love and appreciate any tags in your sharing of photos of your child during their visit! Word of mouth recommendations really do mean a great deal.
- You are responsible for your own child/children at all times.
AGE LIMITS
- Little City is designed for children aged 6 and under.
- Non-walking baby siblings are free with a paying child and do not need a ticket.
